It produces structured knowledge about each institution — their themes, priorities, strategies, projects, partners, documents, and regulatory pathways — and serves everything via a REST API.
Voyager is the institutional landscape layer behind the Signify platform. It enables grant and funding pathway mapping, policy and regulatory context, partner and competitor identification, and strategic landscape intelligence for councils, universities, regional bodies and state government.
